Laura Trethewey

Laura is known for her well-rounded expertise across HR and Health & Safety. Laura's career was built on over 10 years in HR leadership roles within large FMCG and manufacturing businesses.

 

Laura founded People Ninja’s in 2020 to provide innovative and adaptive HR solutions to businesses. To date she has provided HR expertise to businesses from a variety of industries including engineering, healthcare, real estate, venture capital, and more.

 

She prides herself in being pragmatic, creative and transparent in the way she works and has a Bachelor of Business in HR and Employment Relations.

Nejula is a highly experienced leader with a wealth of experience in human resources, employee relations, recruitment, and business development.

 

Nejula has worked across both NZ and Australia, holding senior leadership roles such as the HR Director for Sydney's largest upscale hotel. Today, Nejula works as a Consultant offering her expertise and wealth of knowledge to a variety of clients and learners.

 

Nejula enjoys identifying synergies between people, processes and organisations to enable growth and business improvement.
